About the Buying Buddy integration

A new property lead arrives in Buying Buddy while an agent is on a call, at an inspection or already handling another enquiry. Buying Buddy's New Lead event can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving the prospect a quick acknowledgement before the next manual follow-up. It can also create the lead as a Mobile Message contact or add the number to a chosen list.

Buying Buddy also provides Add a Note to History for an Existing Lead, Create New Lead and Add Email to Lead History as actions. Those actions can be used by workflows started elsewhere, but the clearest customer-facing path begins with New Lead. Pair it with Send SMS for an immediate response, or Create Contact for a first record in Mobile Message. The Zap is one-directional through Zapier, so it does not keep lead histories synchronised between the two platforms.
