A product team publishes a changelog post and waits for customers to notice it. Feedback may arrive through a channel idea or a comment, but the people responsible may not see it until later. A short SMS can put an important update or response task in front of the right person sooner.

Butterflye provides triggers for New Post, New Channel Idea and New Channel Feedback. Through Zapier, each event can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action, sending a plain-text notification to a product manager, support lead or selected customer contact. You can include the post title, feedback details or a link if those fields are available in the Butterflye event.

This connection is useful for teams that want a direct alert around product communication and customer input. It does not publish Butterflye posts from Mobile Message, and it does not create a two-way feedback sync. Instead, a selected Butterflye event starts a single Mobile Message action, helping your team respond to meaningful updates without constantly checking the changelog workspace.
