Agencies can create a new client project and then wait for someone to notice that the client needs an acknowledgement. Brandvas can start a Zap when a new project is created or when a new client is added. Those events can trigger an SMS, create a Mobile Message contact or add the person to a communication list.

Through Zapier, New Project and New Client can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. A new client can receive a welcome text, while a new project can add the relevant contact to a project updates list. You configure the recipient, message and contact fields from the Brandvas event in Zapier.

This gives agencies a consistent first touch after important account activity, without asking staff to repeat routine entry. Brandvas remains the source of the project or client event, and Mobile Message carries out the selected action. The connection is not a two-way native sync.
