Chasing up a print order to check shipping costs or confirm it went through eats into a working day, especially when a customer is waiting on an answer about their book. Bookvault's create order and get shipping actions can run inside a Zap that ends with Mobile Message, so that once the print details are known your customer hears about it by text instead of you tracking down the update yourself and typing out a reply.

Because Bookvault has no events of its own to start a Zap, it works best as the middle step through Zapier, an order from your store or spreadsheet starts the Zap, Bookvault creates the order or looks up shipping, and Mobile Message sends the resulting text. Nothing syncs back the other way, each Zap only runs in the direction you build it, and Bookvault never reaches into your Mobile Message account on its own. That one direction is enough to take the manual chasing out of a print run.
