Bluejeans Events SMS Integration

Operators who run virtual town halls and interactive events in BlueJeans Events need audiences to know when something important is ready. A new event can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving registrants, staff or presenters a direct notification channel. The message can include the event name, timing and joining information available from the event record.

BlueJeans Events also provides a New Recording trigger. This can send a text when a recording becomes available, helping a team notify people who could not attend live or reminding staff to review the session. A new event or recording can also create a Mobile Message contact or add one to a list when the relevant phone details are available.

The connection is set up through Zapier. BlueJeans Events remains the place for creating and managing events, while Mobile Message handles the chosen text and contact actions. It is not a native integration or a two-way sync. Instead, you select the event moments that deserve a direct message and use Zapier to pass the available information into a useful SMS workflow.
