About the BitBadges integration

Someone successfully claims a BitBadges badge while your team is preparing the next customer touchpoint. A short SMS can confirm that the claim was completed, giving the recipient an immediate message instead of leaving them to check another platform. Through Zapier, New Claim Success can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List.

You can use the claim information available from BitBadges to personalise a plain-text confirmation, record the recipient in Mobile Message or add them to a selected list. Mobile Message also has inbound and delivery triggers, but BitBadges supplies no actions, so those Mobile Message events cannot create a BitBadges result in this connection. The useful automation runs from BitBadges into Mobile Message.

This is a focused Zapier workflow rather than a native two-way integration. Select New Claim Success, map the recipient details and write the SMS content in Zapier. Test the result with a claim before activating the automation for your badge programme.
