BigML SMS Integration

Data teams using BigML can turn a new resource or model result into an alert for someone who needs to act. A prediction, anomaly score, centroid or topic distribution may be useful immediately, but it can otherwise remain inside a technical workflow until a specialist checks it. Zapier can carry a BigML event or result into Mobile Message for a plain-text notification.

BigML’s New Resource trigger can start Send SMS when a new resource is created. Its Create Prediction and Create Anomaly Score actions can also be used as processing steps in a wider Zap before Mobile Message sends the resulting information to a recipient. This is useful for targeted operational alerts, such as notifying a manager that a monitored value needs attention. Keep the message concise and map only the fields suitable for SMS. The workflow is configured through Zapier, not a native two-way connection, and it does not make Mobile Message a machine learning interface.
