Bidsketch is useful for agencies, consultants and service firms that prepare proposals regularly and need to keep prospects informed after each important step. A proposal can be created, sent to a client, viewed, or accepted or declined. Without an automatic follow-up, someone may need to check the proposal list, remember who needs a reminder and write each message manually.

Through Zapier, Proposal Sent to Client can trigger a Mobile Message SMS confirming that the proposal is on its way. Proposal Viewed can alert a sales representative by text when a prospect has returned to the document, making it easier to follow up while interest is current. Proposal Accepted or Declined can also send a clear acknowledgement to the prospect, or notify an internal number with the outcome. New Client provides a practical starting point for creating a Mobile Message contact.

The connection is built as individual Zaps rather than a native two-way integration. Select the Bidsketch event, map the client’s mobile number and write a plain text message using proposal fields available in the Zap. You can send to one contact, send to a list or create the contact before communication begins.
