Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Beambox!

A guest visits your venue, but the chance to follow up can disappear once the day becomes busy. Beambox can flag a New Guest Visit or a New Guest, allowing a Zap to send a timely SMS through Mobile Message instead of leaving staff to review guest activity manually. A message can thank the visitor, provide a return offer or invite them to continue the conversation.

Beambox also reports when a guest enters a segment and when a guest unsubscribes. Those events can support different Mobile Message actions. A new guest can be created as a Mobile Message contact, a guest entering a chosen segment can be added to a list, and an unsubscribe event can add the number to Mobile Message unsubscribe records. These workflows are useful when your guest data and SMS audience need clear handling, but they remain separate one-way Zaps rather than a synchronised database.

The connection is configured through Zapier. Select the Beambox event, map the guest fields, and choose the Mobile Message action that fits the result. Test each workflow with your consent and contact-handling process before enabling it.
