A new piece of generated content can be useful immediately, but it can also sit unseen while a team waits for someone to check AX Semantics. A Zap can turn New Generated Content into a Mobile Message notification, giving an editor, account manager or content owner a prompt to review what has been produced.

The SMS can include the content title, language or other fields returned by AX Semantics. Where suitable contact information is available, the same event can create a Mobile Message contact or add one to a list. A reply received by Mobile Message can also start AX Semantics’ Create / Update Document action when the inbound text contains the document details that action requires.

The connection runs through Zapier and is built from selected triggers and actions. It does not synchronise generated documents or imply that the full document is sent in an SMS. It gives your team a plain text alert and can pass mapped information into a chosen document action.
