Autoklose can trigger on New Email Open, New Email Click, New Email Reply, or New Reply Tagged, allowing Zapier to pass a selected event to Mobile Message for a prompt text follow-up.

Send SMS can acknowledge a reply, invite a clicker to book a conversation, or give a sales representative a direct follow-up task through the customer’s phone. Create Contact can store a prospect in Mobile Message, while Add Contact to List can separate people by campaign or response type. Autoklose’s Add Campaign Recipient action can support another workflow where a new prospect needs to enter an email campaign, but the useful outbound SMS path starts with one of its email events.

Use care when deciding which event should send a message and include appropriate consent and frequency rules. This is not a shared campaign record or two-way synchronisation. It is a Zapier workflow that responds to a chosen Autoklose event and runs one Mobile Message action.
