Array SMS Integration

Field teams using Array can remove a manual chase when a submitted form needs an immediate response. A Zap can send an SMS through Mobile Message when New Form Entry fires, so a supervisor, coordinator or customer receives a plain text notification as soon as the data is submitted. Form Entry Updated can serve the same purpose when an existing field record changes and someone needs to review it.

Mobile Message can send to an individual recipient or a selected list, depending on how your field process is organised. You can also create a Mobile Message contact from a new Array form entry when the submission contains a usable name and mobile number. Array provides triggers but no actions in the supplied Zapier surface, so these workflows run from Array into Mobile Message. There is no supported action for writing an SMS reply back into an Array record. Set up the connection through Zapier, authorise both accounts, map the form fields and recipient number, test the message with representative data, and activate the workflow. Keep sensitive operational information out of SMS and use the message to direct the recipient to the appropriate system.
