Amberscript SMS Integration

Teams producing transcripts or subtitles often need to know when an audio or video job is ready for the next person. Amberscript users can pass that completion event to Mobile Message through Zapier, so a finished job can prompt an SMS instead of relying on someone to keep checking the platform.

Job Finished can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action when Amberscript completes work. The message might tell a producer that text is ready for review or remind a customer that the next stage can begin. You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger to run Create New Job, turning a customer’s text request into a new Amberscript job when the required details are available.

This setup gives media, education and accessibility teams a practical handover between customer messages and transcription work. Zapier connects the selected fields and keeps each workflow focused on one event and one action. Amberscript handles the job, while Mobile Message sends or receives the SMS.
