Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Ambassify!

A member has just joined an advocacy programme, requested a reward or interacted with a campaign. Ambassify gives operators a place to manage those relationships, and a Zap can make the next step visible through Mobile Message. Instead of checking every campaign update manually, a team member can receive a text when an important advocate event occurs.

New Member can trigger a welcome SMS, while New Reward Request can alert the person responsible for fulfilment. New Interaction or New Message can notify a coordinator about fresh activity. If a customer replies to a Mobile Message campaign, Inbound SMS Received can start Ambassify’s Add/Update Member action when the information needed by that action is available. Separate Zaps can also change member points or create a message in Ambassify after a Mobile Message event.

This connection runs through Zapier and uses selected triggers and actions rather than a continuous sync. It can help teams respond to advocates promptly, keep contact records useful and make campaign activity easier to notice. SMS remains plain text, and the fields passed between apps depend on the data available in each Zap step.

Yes. New Member can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. The Zap can use available member details to personalise a plain text welcome, or it can alert an internal programme owner when a new advocate is created.

Can a Mobile Message reply update an Ambassify member?

Yes, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Ambassify’s Add/Update Member action. The action needs the member information it expects, so the Zap should be tested with realistic reply content before it is used for live advocate records.

What is needed to connect Ambassify with Mobile Message?

You need accounts for Ambassify, Mobile Message and Zapier. Choose an Ambassify trigger or a Mobile Message inbound SMS trigger, select the action on the other side and map the fields in Zapier. The setup is completed without code and should be tested first.
