Amazon Polly SMS Integration

Contact centres, training teams and podcast producers building automations around spoken content often reach for Amazon Polly. Its Speak Text action takes a script or a block of text and turns it into an audio file, which suits anyone recording IVR prompts, narrated updates or voice memos without hiring a voice actor for every new line of copy.

None of that speech reaches a phone as a text message though. Amazon Polly has no triggers of its own to start a Zap, and its single action produces audio, so it sits in the middle or at the end of a workflow rather than pairing directly with Mobile Message. SMS stays plain text, so a script converted to speech by Polly can't be forwarded on as a message body.
