New Payment can also mark a commercially important moment, so a Zapier workflow can send a confirmation or internal alert through Mobile Message rather than relying on a manual chase.

Use Mobile Message Send SMS for an individual response, or Send SMS to List when a selected group needs the same update. AidaForm also supplies New File for forms that receive uploaded files, although the SMS should refer only to the form event and available text fields. Keep the message clear about what was received and what the recipient should expect next.

This setup is useful for service requests, registrations and payment notifications where speed matters. It does not interpret form answers or transfer attachments by SMS.
