A respondent finishes an Agolix assessment and your team needs to acknowledge the result while the interaction is still current. Agolix's New Responses trigger can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, using the respondent's phone number and the message fields you choose. This can provide a completion notice, a next-step reminder or an internal alert for follow-up.

The Generate Access Code action serves a different purpose. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start that action when an authorised text request should create a single-use code for an assessment. The code can then be handled by later Zapier steps or your usual process, based on the fields returned by Agolix. This is a one-directional workflow for each event, not an automatic record sync.

Use filters when only certain assessments or outcomes should send a text. Zapier connects the two accounts without code, while Agolix continues to manage assessments and Mobile Message continues to manage SMS delivery.
