Content editors and developers working in Agility CMS often need to know when an item moves through review or becomes public. Agility CMS's Workflow trigger can start a Zap when an approval-related action occurs, while Publish can alert a content owner or delivery team through Mobile Message. That keeps a significant content event visible without asking someone to watch the CMS throughout the day.

Save can also trigger an SMS when a draft item is recorded, and Mobile Message's Send SMS to List can notify an editorial group when a new item is published. On the other side, Inbound SMS Received can start Agility CMS's Approve Item, Decline Item or Publish Item action when a suitably authorised text is used. These workflows should be configured separately and carefully, with filters and mapped fields controlling what is allowed.

Agility CMS remains the place for content and workflow records, while Mobile Message handles SMS. Zapier provides the no-code connection, not a native two-way synchronisation.
