Workamajig SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Workamajig!
Workamajig supplies New Lead, New Contact, New Opportunity, New Activity and company or contact update triggers. Its actions include Create Contact, Update Contact, Create Lead, Create Activity, Create Company and more. A New Lead trigger into Mobile Message Send SMS can alert a sales owner, while New Contact can create a Mobile Message contact or add the person to a list. A Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received event can also run a Workamajig action such as Create Activity when a reply should be recorded for follow-up.
The connection uses Zapier and each automation has one direction. It is not a native two-way CRM sync. Choose whether Workamajig should notify Mobile Message, or whether an inbound SMS should create a Workamajig activity or record, then map only the fields your process needs.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
