A New Lead trigger into Mobile Message Send SMS can alert a sales owner, while New Contact can create a Mobile Message contact or add the person to a list. A Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received event can also run a Workamajig action such as Create Activity when a reply should be recorded for follow-up.

The connection uses Zapier and each automation has one direction. It is not a native two-way CRM sync. Choose whether Workamajig should notify Mobile Message, or whether an inbound SMS should create a Workamajig activity or record, then map only the fields your process needs.
