WordLift can query that Knowledge Graph with a GraphQL request to pull back specific data, or send a command to its agent and get a response back, and paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, either result can be turned into a text sent straight to a lead or customer. A visitor's question triggers WordLift to pull the answer from the graph, and Mobile Message texts it to them before they have gone looking anywhere else. The same pairing works for a new lead too, WordLift's agent can be asked a question about that lead behind the scenes, and Mobile Message texts the result to whoever owns the follow up.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Can I text a lead an answer pulled from my WordLift Knowledge Graph?
Yes. A Zap can send an incoming question to WordLift's agent or query the Knowledge Graph directly, then use Mobile Message to text the result to whoever asked, so a lead or customer gets an answer without anyone manually searching for it.
Does WordLift send the text message itself?
No. WordLift only queries the Knowledge Graph or its agent and returns the data. Mobile Message is the part of the Zap that actually sends the SMS, so the two apps work together but each handles a separate half of the automation.
What do I need to run WordLift and Mobile Message in the same Zap?
You need a WordLift account with your Knowledge Graph set up, a Mobile Message account and a Zapier account connecting them. No coding is required. Choose the trigger app, add a WordLift step to query the graph or agent, then finish with Mobile Message's send SMS action.
