Wallafan helps creators connect with their audience, build a brand and retain ownership of sales and data. Through Zapier, a new follower, post or product can start a Mobile Message action for a person or a chosen list.

New Follower Trigger is useful when an opted-in follower shares contact details and should receive a welcome message. New Product Trigger can alert an interested team or audience list about a launch, while New Post Trigger can notify subscribers that fresh content is available. Choose Send SMS, Send SMS to List or Create Contact according to the outcome you want.

Each workflow is one-directional and depends on the fields Wallafan provides. It does not synchronise creator or follower records with Mobile Message. Keep messages concise, include a useful destination where appropriate and respect the follower's communication preferences before sending promotional SMS.
