WaiverForever provides triggers for a new waiver accepted, a waiver checked in, a waiver submitted and a generated waiver PDF. These events can prompt an SMS to the customer, organiser or operational team.

Through Zapier, WaiverForever can pass New Waiver Accepted or Waiver Checked In to Mobile Message’s Send SMS or Send SMS to List action. A new waiver submitted can also create a Mobile Message contact when the participant’s details are available. The PDF Generated trigger can notify staff that the accepted waiver record is ready to review, while the message itself remains plain text. WaiverForever’s request actions can be used as steps in a workflow where another app starts the process, but they do not create a Mobile Message action by themselves. This connection uses Zapier rather than a native two-way link, so each workflow responds to the exact WaiverForever event you choose. Map the participant or recipient details, write a useful confirmation and test the timing before enabling it for real bookings or check-ins.
