Voxloud SMS Integration

Phone-based operators who rely on Voxloud can use a new call as the point where customer follow-up begins. Instead of leaving call notes for someone to chase later, a Voxloud event can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. This gives your team a practical way to acknowledge callers while the conversation is still fresh.

A New Call trigger could send a confirmation, next-step message or callback expectation to the caller. Search Contacts can also help a Zap locate an existing Voxloud contact before later steps use the available details, although Mobile Message remains the service that sends the text. The workflow can be shaped around the information Voxloud provides, including the caller's phone number and call data.

This connection suits teams that want phone activity to prompt a consistent text response without adding another manual task after every call. It does not create a native phone and SMS system or keep records synchronised. Zapier simply passes the selected Voxloud event into the Mobile Message action you configure, so you decide which calls should produce a message and what that message says.
