Linked through Zapier, a delivery status update or an inbound reply from Mobile Message can set off a Voicepartner voice message automatically. If a text fails to land, a phone call carrying a spoken version of the same message reaches the customer through a different channel instead, rather than the message simply being dropped and forgotten. If a customer replies by SMS, a voice message can follow up straight away without a team member picking up the phone to make the call themselves.

This suits appointment reminders, urgent updates or anything where getting through matters more than which channel does the work.
