Use Vocal Video's Video Published trigger with Mobile Message's Send SMS action to notify a marketing manager when a testimonial is ready. New Response can also send an alert when a participant replies. If a customer needs to be invited from another process, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start Vocal Video's Create Video Request action when the required fields and recipient details are available.
These workflows keep the notification short and leave the full testimonial in Vocal Video. The available actions do not make this a two-way record sync. Test the event data and ensure the recipient has permission to receive the SMS, especially when the message identifies a customer or campaign.
