VidLab7 SMS Integration

A customer who just booked an appointment or paid for an order gets a plain text confirmation from most businesses, then nothing else memorable happens. With VidLab7 in the same Zap, that same customer can end up with a link to a short video made just for them, sent by the same text that would have confirmed the booking anyway. It is a detail people are far more likely to notice and remember.

VidLab7's Create Video action builds that personalised content from details passed along earlier in the Zap, a name, an order or a booking time, and turns it into a video ready to be shared. Mobile Message then sends the text that carries the link, so the customer experience is a video landing in a message they were already expecting to receive.

Through Zapier, a paid order in Shopify or a new booking through Calendly can start the process, VidLab7 builds the video in the middle, and Mobile Message finishes it with a text carrying the link. A customer who replies to that text can also trigger VidLab7 to create a follow up video, so the exchange keeps going without anyone drafting a new message by hand.
