Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with VacationLabs!
Booking Confirmed is a practical trigger for sending a confirmation message with the trip information available in the booking. Booking Rescheduled can notify a passenger that the date has changed, while Booking Cancelled can send cancellation guidance. New Passenger and New Customer can also create Mobile Message contacts for future communication. Mobile Message supports SMS delivery, contact creation and list management, so you can choose whether to notify one person or a defined group.
VacationLabs has no listed actions, so these workflows are started by VacationLabs events. They do not create or update bookings from Mobile Message. Each Zap is configured in Zapier, with the relevant passenger number and booking fields mapped into the message. That keeps the automation focused on useful travel updates without suggesting a two-way booking connection.

- Any Other Booking Operation — Triggers when any operation is performed on the booking that is not already handled by some other trigger. For example, addition of payment, addition/deletion/modification of passengers, etc. This will NOT trigger for things look booking confirmation, or booking cancellation, because they already have dedicated triggers.
- Booking Cancelled — Triggers when a booking is cancelled, i.e. the booking status changes to "cancelled"
- Booking Confirmed — Triggers when a booking is confirmed, i.e. it's status is changed to "confirmed" (previous status may have been "complete", "pending_inquiry", "recorded", "unconfirmed", and so on)
- Booking Rescheduled — Triggers when a booking is rescheduled, i.e. the date of the booking is changed. The booking may be in any state, such as "confirmed", "pending_confirmation", "pending_inquiry", and so on. As long as the date of the booking is changed, this will trigger.
- Contact Form Submission — Triggers when a new contact request is submitted.
- New Booking — Triggers when a new booking is created either from back-office or from the website.
- New Customer — Triggers when a new customer is found.
- New Inquiry — Triggers when a new inquiry is submitted on a trip.

Can VacationLabs send a confirmation SMS after a booking?
Yes. Booking Confirmed can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. The message can use the passenger and booking information provided by VacationLabs, such as the trip details and confirmed status.
Can passengers be texted when a VacationLabs booking changes?
Yes. Booking Rescheduled and Booking Cancelled are separate VacationLabs triggers that can each start an SMS. Create separate Zaps when the wording or recipient handling needs to differ between changes and cancellations.
How do I set up VacationLabs texts without coding?
In Zapier, select a VacationLabs booking trigger and add a Mobile Message action, then test the mapped passenger fields. No code is required. You need accounts for VacationLabs and Mobile Message, as well as a Zapier account.
