These triggers let a workflow respond at the point where information is created or finished.

A new entity can start Mobile Message's Create Contact or Send SMS action, while a completed entity can send a confirmation or update a contact record. A completed field may also be a useful moment to add a person to a list, provided the entity contains a suitable mobile number and the action matches your process. This can give customers and staff a clearer notification path as work moves through V7 Go.

The V7 Go connection is configured through Zapier. It is a one-directional automation, so a V7 Go event starts the selected Mobile Message action and the two systems do not automatically keep records in step. You choose the event, map the entity information, and decide whether the outcome should be a text, a contact record or a list addition.
