About the URLR integration
URLR doesn't send a text on its own. It sits in the middle of a Zap, creating a short link from a long tracking, payment or booking URL right before Mobile Message texts it out, whatever app started the Zap, whether that's an order in Shopify, an overdue invoice in Xero or a new booking in Calendly. The result reaching the customer's phone is a clean short link that fits in an SMS properly, rather than a long address that gets cut off or ignored.

Can URLR shorten a link before it's sent by text?
Yes. URLR creates a short link from any URL, and placed in the middle of a Zap that ends with Mobile Message, that shortened link is what actually gets texted to the customer instead of a long, messy address.
Does URLR work with the app that actually starts the Zap, like Shopify or Xero?
It does. URLR sits between the trigger and the text message, so an order paid in Shopify or an invoice becoming overdue in Xero can still start the Zap, with URLR shortening the link before Mobile Message sends it.
How do I add URLR into an SMS Zap with Mobile Message?
You connect URLR and Mobile Message to Zapier along with whichever app starts the Zap, then add URLR's Create a Link step between the trigger and the text message action. There's no coding, just choosing the steps in order.
