TripMapper for Business SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with TripMapper for Business!
Through Zapier, a new trip or updated trip in TripMapper can trigger Mobile Message to send an SMS. You can also text a client when a New Client is created, or use a new supplier event to alert the operations team. The message can carry the trip name, client details, supplier information, or an instruction to review the updated itinerary.
For example, an Updated Trip event can send a concise change notice, while New Client can create a Mobile Message contact before future communications. The connection does not synchronise TripMapper and Mobile Message. It sends only the information you map in the Zap, giving your travel business control over which events become customer or staff messages.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
