About the ThunderTix integration
ThunderTix provides New Order, New Customer, New Attendee and New Order Ticket triggers, along with events for gift cards, donations and products. Pair New Order Ticket with Send SMS for a ticket-related acknowledgement, or use New Customer with Create Contact to record the purchaser. New Order Donation can send a specific thank-you text, while New Gift Card Sold can trigger a buyer notification. Zapier connects the ticketing data with Mobile Message and lets you choose the fields and message content.
Use filters when only particular events, products or venues should generate messages. Keep ticket texts practical and avoid treating SMS as a replacement for the ticket record or entry controls. ThunderTix remains the event source, while Mobile Message delivers the selected customer communication.
