Third Light Chorus SMS Integration

When a new asset appears in a Chorus folder, collection or Smart Collection, people waiting to review it can be told straight away. A Zapier workflow can use Get New File to trigger a Mobile Message SMS with the asset name, location or direct link when that information is available. This helps creative, marketing and publishing teams keep work moving without manually announcing each new file.

Chorus supplies Get Metadata Fields, Get Direct Url and metadata actions for use inside wider workflows. A direct URL can be placed into the SMS so a recipient has a clear path to the asset. Keep the text brief and avoid treating the message as a file transfer, since Mobile Message sends plain text and Chorus remains the place where the asset is stored and reviewed.

The connection is made through Zapier rather than a native link. It does not synchronise asset records or metadata. Instead, it adds a focused notification step to the moment a new file is detected in the selected Chorus location.
