A Zapier workflow can use Get New File to trigger a Mobile Message SMS with the asset name, location or direct link when that information is available. This helps creative, marketing and publishing teams keep work moving without manually announcing each new file.

Chorus supplies Get Metadata Fields, Get Direct Url and metadata actions for use inside wider workflows. A direct URL can be placed into the SMS so a recipient has a clear path to the asset. Keep the text brief and avoid treating the message as a file transfer, since Mobile Message sends plain text and Chorus remains the place where the asset is stored and reviewed.
