A new lead is added in Telagus, but the first response can easily wait while staff move between lead records, phones and email. Telagus can pass its New Lead event through Zapier to Mobile Message, giving the prospect a prompt text message. This can acknowledge the enquiry, explain the next step or invite the person to reply, depending on the details available in the lead record.

New Lead can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action, or Send SMS to List when a selected group needs to know that a lead has arrived. Create Contact can record the lead in Mobile Message, while Add Contact to List can place the person into a relevant communication list. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start Telagus's Create Lead action when someone texts in and the message contains a new prospect's details.

The connection is made through Zapier, with each automation running from one event to one action. It is not a native two-way integration or a live sync between systems. Telagus can remain the lead generation workspace, while Mobile Message handles the text and contact action you choose. This gives sales staff a practical first response and a clearer record of the leads that need attention.
