T2M URL Shortener SMS Integration

A payment reminder is about to go out and the payment link attached to it is long enough to push the message into a second SMS segment, adding cost to a text that was meant to be quick and cheap. T2M URL Shortener solves that one problem well, turning a long web address into a short, branded link before it reaches a customer's phone.

T2M connects to Mobile Message through Zapier, and it works best sitting in the middle of a Zap rather than sending or receiving anything on its own. A trigger from another app, such as a paid order in Shopify or an overdue invoice in Xero, can hand its link across to T2M's Create Branded Short URL action, which returns a short version ready to drop straight into a text. If the destination needs to change later, Update Branded Short URL points the same link somewhere new, and Delete Branded Short URL removes it once it has served its purpose.

The customer only ever sees a short, tidy link inside a text message that reads properly on one screen. Behind that simple result sits a Zap doing the work of building, updating and retiring links, so nobody has to paste a long web address into a text by hand again.
