A new survey response arrives in SurveySensum and someone needs to see it before the customer’s feedback becomes another unread report. A prompt SMS can alert a CX lead to a low score, a notable comment or a response that deserves follow-up. This removes the manual chase between survey results and the person responsible for acting on them.

SurveySensum’s New Response trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The platform also exposes Get Contacts, which can be used in a Zap to retrieve contact information before a later Mobile Message step, depending on the workflow you build. Get Email Templates and Create New Share are available for SurveySensum tasks, but they do not themselves create a customer-visible SMS result.

The most direct use is therefore a new response alert. The connection runs through Zapier, with SurveySensum supplying the event and Mobile Message delivering the text. It does not synchronise survey data or automatically send every response to every contact. Configure the recipient, message and fields that suit your feedback process.
