Call centre operators often finish one conversation and move straight to the next, leaving little time to notify a customer or colleague manually. Super Receptionist can provide a New Call Data Record event when a call is completed. A Zapier workflow can use that event to send an SMS through Mobile Message, giving the recipient a prompt follow-up after the agent or customer hangs up.

This is useful for a call-back acknowledgement, a service update or a simple record of what happens next. Mobile Message's Send SMS action can use the phone number and call information available in the event. If a caller is new, the same event may also support Create Contact or Add Contact to List when the required mobile data is present. The workflow is one-directional from Super Receptionist to Mobile Message, and it does not turn the two platforms into a shared call or contact database.
