A customer question that arrives by text often sits unanswered until someone has time to read it, search for the answer, and reply, and by then the moment has passed. Mobile Message connects to Splore through Zapier, so an inbound reply can be handed straight to an AI engine built to work through exactly that kind of question, rather than sitting in a queue of messages waiting for a free moment.

When a customer texts in, that message can be sent to Splore as a new conversation, so the AI engine has the full context of what was asked. The same reply can instead be ingested as a snippet, adding it to the data Splore draws on for future answers rather than letting it disappear into a message thread. A reply can also be sent through as a chat, prompting Splore to work out a response using what it already knows. Either way, nothing needs to be copied out of Mobile Message and pasted somewhere else.

The result is a knowledge base and conversation history that grows every time a customer texts in, without anyone manually forwarding replies into Splore to keep it up to date.
