About the SignNow integration
With Zapier, SignNow can start Mobile Message workflows from Document Completed or Document Group Completed. You can send a confirmation, create the signer as a Mobile Message contact, or add an existing contact to a list for follow-up. SignNow can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to run an action such as Invite to Sign, creating a practical route from a text request to a signing invitation.
These workflows are useful for agreements, onboarding and approvals where timing matters. The Zap responds to a selected SignNow event and performs a selected Mobile Message action, rather than maintaining a native two-way connection. Map the available signer details and keep the SMS plain text, with clear instructions and any relevant link.
