With Zapier between the services, New Opportunity or New Contact can start a Mobile Message action without someone re-entering details.

Use New Opportunity with Send SMS to alert a sales representative or send an approved follow-up to a prospect. New Contact can pair with Create Contact, placing a newly captured person into Mobile Message for later outreach. Updated Opportunity Status can also send an internal text when a deal reaches an important stage. For permission-based communications, New Contact can pair with Add Contact to List when the available details and consent support that choice. Each workflow runs in one direction and does not imply a shared live record.

Build the Zap by selecting the Sellsy event, choosing the Mobile Message action and mapping the phone number and relevant fields.
