Sales managers who use SalesLens already have a way to process conversations and review call quality scorecards. A new conversation can now start a Zap that sends a plain-text SMS through Mobile Message. This can notify a manager that a conversation is ready for review, or send a follow-up to a contact when the relevant phone details are available.

The SalesLens actions upload a conversation transcription or conversation record, so they are useful when another system provides the source material. For example, an inbound Mobile Message SMS could create a record in SalesLens only when the text and required URL or transcription fields are available. That gives your team a way to route written customer interactions into the same review process as calls.

The connection is made through Zapier and uses one event or action at a time. It is not a native sync between SalesLens and Mobile Message. Choose New Conversation for an outbound SMS workflow, or use Inbound SMS Received for a SalesLens upload, then map the data and test the result before enabling it.
