For a text based follow up, that scoring usually happens before Mobile Message gets involved at all. Once a lead is ranked, a separate step in the same Zap can decide whether the highest scoring enquiries get a text follow up, with Reworked AI having already done the sorting work upstream and Mobile Message only handling the message itself once a decision has been made about who to contact.
