A customer is ready to act, but the link in your text message is long, untidy and difficult to measure. Replug gives you a practical middle step for creating branded links, tracking clicks and adding campaign context before Mobile Message sends the message. You can also use a new Replug link, brand or campaign as the starting point for an automation.

Through Zapier, Replug can create or update a link after an order, booking or enquiry starts a workflow, then Mobile Message can send that prepared link by SMS. This is useful for promotions, appointment pages and follow-up messages where a recognisable URL can support more clicks. Replug does not send the SMS itself, so the final customer message comes from Mobile Message. Use New Replug Link to send a notification when a trackable link is ready, or use Create or Update Link before Send SMS in a wider Zap. The result is a shorter, more useful message and clearer link activity for your team.
