About the RallyUp integration

A donor completes a transaction on a RallyUp campaign while your nonprofit team is preparing the next update. A quick text can acknowledge the support, share what happens next or remind an event participant about an important detail. With Zapier, a RallyUp event can start a Mobile Message SMS without staff exporting transactions or checking campaign activity manually.

RallyUp provides triggers for A-Thon Pledge Submitted, Event Ticket Purchased, Recurring Donation Made and many other campaign events. A pledge can prompt a thank-you message, an event ticket can trigger practical attendance information and a raffle result can notify the relevant recipient when the drawing process is complete. Campaign Ends and Update Posted on Campaign can also support messages to a selected contact or list where the available fields fit your workflow. Mobile Message's Send SMS, Send SMS to List and Create Contact actions provide the outward result. RallyUp has no supplied actions, so these workflows run from RallyUp into Mobile Message only. The connection is configured through Zapier and does not create a native two-way fundraising record or send replies back into RallyUp.
