A message arrives on a Quriiri number while your team is handling other customer work. If someone must read that message and manually copy it into another SMS service, replies can be delayed and important details can be missed. A Zap can pass the event to Mobile Message for a clear, visible response or internal alert.

Through Zapier, Quriiri's Receive Message trigger can start Mobile Message Send SMS or Send SMS to List. A received message can alert a support group, notify an on-call person or send an acknowledgement to a configured mobile number. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received can also start Quriiri's Send Message action, allowing an incoming Mobile Message reply to be forwarded to a Quriiri number. The message content and recipient fields depend on the data supplied by the trigger.

This creates practical hand-offs between two messaging services without suggesting that they share a live inbox. Each Zap runs in one direction from its chosen trigger to its chosen action. Yes. Receive Message can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS to List. The incoming text can be included in the alert, with the selected list receiving the notification when the required data is available.

Can Mobile Message replies be sent through Quriiri?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Quriiri's Send Message action. This forwards the incoming message information to the Quriiri mobile number or recipient configured in the Zap.
