Promptly SMS Integration

A customer gets a text back that actually reads like it was written for them, not a copy-pasted line sent to everyone on the list. Promptly takes whatever text or data feeds into it and runs it through a generative AI prompt template or a full Promptly app to produce a finished piece of content. Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, that content can go straight out as a text, or an incoming text can go straight into Promptly to be turned into something useful.

A lead fills in a form, and before anyone on the team has looked at it, Trigger Endpoint has already run their answers through a prompt template to draft a personalised follow up, which Mobile Message then texts to the lead. A booking gets made in Calendly, and Trigger App generates a tailored welcome message for Mobile Message to send as confirmation. The customer feels like someone wrote to them specifically, because in effect an AI prompt did.

Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can also hand a customer reply to Trigger Endpoint, running it through a prompt template that pulls out intent or drafts a response for someone to review.
