PromptHub SMS Integration

A customer just paid for their order in Shopify, or booked a slot in Calendly, and the confirmation text needs to sound like a person wrote it rather than a template stuffed with merge fields. Writing that message by hand for every event does not scale, and a generic one-liner sent to everyone reads exactly like what it is.

PromptHub's Run Prompt action fits into that gap. A Zap can catch an order paid in Shopify, an invoice going overdue in Xero, or a new booking in Calendly, run it through a saved prompt in your PromptHub library to draft the wording, and hand the result to Mobile Message to send as a text. Each message still goes out fast, but the words come from a prompt instead of a rigid template. The same works in reverse in a smaller way, since a customer's reply landing in Mobile Message can run through a saved prompt too, useful for quick triage before anyone reads it.
