When a customer texts back, Mobile Message can create a record in Phraseanet and apply properties straight from that reply, so the message and its context sit alongside the files it relates to. A delivery status update can set a record's status bit instead, marking whether the text actually reached the customer without anyone opening a separate report. Existing records can also have their metadata updated, or be added to a basket or story, once a reply comes in and someone needs to group related files for review.
