Owllee SMS Integration

Customers get a clearer response when a business can turn a useful Owllee conversation into a timely SMS. Owllee’s Send Prompt action can be used in a Zapier workflow that receives information from another step and sends a prompt to a chatbot. A resulting workflow can then use Mobile Message to deliver a plain text response or follow-up to the customer when the required recipient and message data is available.

Owllee’s available trigger is Get Chatbots, which retrieves the list of chatbots. That event can support an internal notification through Mobile Message, such as telling an operator that chatbot options are available for a campaign or service process. It is not a trigger for each conversation, so the workflow should not be described as automatically texting every chatbot exchange.

The connection is configured through Zapier, with Owllee handling prompts and Mobile Message handling SMS. It does not create a native chatbot-to-SMS conversation or synchronise messages. Teams should define which prompt result is suitable for text and keep the final SMS concise, clear and appropriate for the recipient.
