A Zap can use Opal's New Moment trigger to send an SMS through Mobile Message, helping turn a planned piece of work into a timely reminder or notification. Opal's Moment Update event can also start an SMS when an important attribute changes.

This is useful for marketing and communications teams that plan campaigns visually but still need a dependable way to notify customers or internal recipients. You can send an SMS to a selected number or send SMS to a Mobile Message list when a moment is created or updated. The connection runs through Zapier, so Opal supplies the event and Mobile Message sends the message. It does not copy every board change into Mobile Message. Each Zap should focus on a clear moment, such as notifying a campaign owner that planned content is ready or reminding a recipient about a scheduled activity.
