Can a delivered SMS trigger a review request in myPresences?

Yes. Mobile Message's Delivery Status Updated trigger fires once a text is confirmed delivered, and that can start a Zap that runs myPresences' Add Feedback Request action, so the review ask is created without anyone checking delivery reports by hand.

Does myPresences send the feedback request by text itself?

The Add Feedback Request action creates the request inside myPresences rather than sending an SMS on its own. Getting a text out to the customer is a separate Mobile Message step, connected to myPresences only through the trigger and action passed between them.

How do I connect myPresences and Mobile Message for feedback requests?
